Our Privacy Promise

Last updated: July 22, 2026

You hand Sky the details of your real life — your family, your health, your money, your plans. That only works if you can trust us completely. So here is the whole deal, in plain words:

  • Your life is not our product. We never sell your data, and we don't show ads. You try Sky free, then you pay for Sky; that's the business model. There is no other one.
  • Sky works only for you. Your assistant runs privately, just for you. What you tell Sky stays in your own space — nothing is shared between accounts unless you choose to share it.
  • We collect only what the service needs. Your account basics (name, email, password — encrypted), whatever you choose to tell Sky, and the routine technical logs every website keeps.
  • We share only to run the service. A small set of providers help us operate — secure cloud hosting and AI processing, Stripe for payments, message delivery when you opt in. Each gets only what it needs to do its job, never for marketing.
  • You can leave with everything. Update or delete what you've shared anytime, opt out of any notifications (reply STOP to texts), or ask us to delete your whole account — email support@clearbluesky.ai and it's done.

The specifics, briefly

Security

Everything travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and your data lives on access-controlled, industry-standard cloud infrastructure. No system is perfect, but protecting your information is a design requirement here, not an afterthought.

Cookies

Only the essential ones — to keep you signed in and keep your session secure. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Delete something and it's gone (backups clear within 30 days). Request account deletion anytime at support@clearbluesky.ai — you can also ask for a copy of your data.

Legal requests & business changes

We disclose data only when the law genuinely requires it, or to prevent fraud or harm. If clearbluesky is ever acquired or merged, we'll notify you before your information is governed by any different policy.

Children

Kids can use Sky through a parent's household — accounts belong to adults. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children under 13, and we delete it promptly if we learn we have.

Your rights

Wherever you live — including under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act — you can ask what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, or have it deleted. One email does it.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you directly (email or in-app), not just quietly edit this page.
